The Granite State Baseball League runs out of Concord on a Facebook page we cannot read.

New Hampshire is a small state with a short season and three adult baseball listings in our records: this one in the capital, one in Manchester, and Seacoast MSBL over in Rochester. That is reasonable coverage for a population of one and a half million, spread so that most of the southern half of the state is within reach of something.

Send us a season, a field and a way in, and this entry will be worth more than the observation that the league exists.

The New Hampshire Baseball League's Facebook page is named NHBL35, and that trailing 35 is almost certainly the age bracket, which makes it the single most informative thing a login screen has told us in this entire directory.

If that reading is right, this is a 35+ league out of Manchester, the state's largest city, and it sits alongside a Concord league and a Rochester MSBL affiliate to give southern New Hampshire three options.

We are inferring from a URL, which is not the same as knowing. If you run this league, one message would let us replace a guess about your name with your actual divisions.

Seacoast Men's Baseball has been running since 1990 out of Rochester, playing at Keay Field in East Rochester. Recent teams include the Astros, who took the 2025 title, plus the Brewers, Mariners, Dbacks and Orioles.

The most revealing page on the site is the sponsorship one. An eight-by-ten banner on the outfield fence costs $350. A scoreboard sponsorship is $20,000, described as a lifetime commitment. That second number is the interesting one: a thirty-six-year-old amateur league is quietly asking a local business to fund a capital improvement, and calling it lifetime because both parties expect the league to outlive the arrangement.

The site also keeps proper individual records. Hunter Leroux-Porter led the home runs with three, and Chris Clement threw a no-hitter for the Orioles. In a five-team league, three home runs leads the league and everybody knows exactly who Chris Clement is.

Common questions

  • How many adult baseball leagues are there in New Hampshire?

High Cheese currently tracks 3 active adult leagues in New Hampshire, carrying 8 teams between them. That is what we can stand behind today, not a claim that nothing else exists. Leagues form in somebody's driveway every spring and tell no one for two years.

  • How do I join a league in New Hampshire?

Make a profile and turn the free agent switch on. That is the whole ask. Managers across New Hampshire search this pool the week their shortstop discovers a work trip every Saturday through August, and they find whoever put themselves in it. You list what you throw, where you play, how far you will drive. The invitation comes to you. The other route is emailing an address nobody has opened since the last board handover, then waiting.

  • When does the season run in New Hampshire?

Season lengths differ by league and are listed with each one below where the league states them. Broadly, amateur baseball is a late-spring-to-early-autumn arrangement, compressed at the northern end of the map into whatever window the weather grudgingly concedes.

  • Which New Hampshire towns have leagues?

Leagues on this page are based in Concord, Manchester, and Rochester. Most draw players from well outside their listed town, so a drive is normal and nobody will think less of you for it.
