High Cheese is intended for adult baseball players, teams, leagues, coaches, organizers, and fans. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile info, photos, posts, team/league information). By submitting content, you grant High Cheese a license to display and distribute it within the app as intended by the relevant features. You are solely responsible for content you upload and must have the rights to use it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including impersonating others, harassing users, uploading unlawful or infringing content, scraping data, or attempting to disrupt the service.
6. Tournaments, leagues, and real-world activity
High Cheese facilitates information about tournaments, leagues, teams, and games but does not organize, supervise, or guarantee the safety of any in-person event. Participation in baseball activities carries inherent risk of injury. You participate at your own risk, and High Cheese is not liable for injuries, disputes, cancellations, or losses arising from real-world games, tournaments, or league activity. Any fees, entry costs, or refunds for tournaments/leagues are handled directly between you and the organizing team/league, not through High Cheese.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
High Cheese is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy of league, team, or player information submitted by users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Cheese is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
