Linked everywhere
The league puts Rules in its main navigation and again in the footer of every page, next to Contact and Become a sponsor -- so it is never more than one click from wherever a player is.
Its structural rules are the three divisions, 18+, 28+ and 35+, and a Sunday season played twice a year.
A rulebook that is one click from every page is a rulebook people actually read. A High Cheese league page keeps the current version attached to the season it governs, beside the fixture list.
