Asked for on every page
The league keeps a Sponsors section and puts a Become a sponsor link in the footer of every single page, next to the rules and the contact.
That is a league treating sponsorship as an open invitation rather than a private negotiation, and it is the right instinct for an organisation with the audience this one has.
Several of its historical club names read as sponsored -- Kendall Metz, Dacar Senators, Valma Senators, Flomo Crusaders -- so business names have been carried in the standings for years.
A High Cheese league page puts a sponsor beside the fixture list and the standings, which is where the names in those team titles are already being read.
