Evaluated formally
The SFBL runs an Umpire Evaluation form as a standing section of its site, alongside its statistics and its store.
That is a league with a feedback loop for officiating rather than an argument at the plate -- managers report on crews, and somebody reads it.
No association, assignor or rate is published alongside it, and no route to working games appears.
Assigning crews across three divisions and multiple counties every Sunday is the same problem as the schedule. A High Cheese league page runs both from one fixture list, and an evaluation attaches to the game it concerns rather than to a separate form.
