Jacksonville Men's Adult Baseball League Rules

Fourteen sections: run rules, A/B slots, borrowed players, and no white sleeves for pitchers.

The most specific rulebook here

Single games run nine innings or 2:45, doubleheaders two sevens at 2:30 each, with a fifteen-minute grace period and none at all for the second game of a double. Run rule at twelve after five or ten after seven. Nine registered players to start, with up to three borrowed from the opposition or another club — none of whom may pitch or catch. Down to eight, an out is recorded at the missing spot; down to seven, it is a forfeit. A/B slot batting is allowed anywhere in the order if declared before first pitch. Two courtesy runners may be named pre-game, and a man who stays on as a runner forfeits his own. Diamond D1 Pro low seam is the official ball, four new from the home side, then two from the visitors, then two from the home team, alternating. Bats minus-three or less, wood, metal-wood or wood composite. Uniforms by the third game, shirts tucked, hats worn straight.

There is no limit on how many innings a pitcher throws in a game or a week, and yet he may not wear white or grey sleeves past the elbow, batting gloves or wristbands, or a glove the MLB rulebook would disallow. High Cheese keeps a league's rules beside its schedule and against its rosters, so a rulebook this exact is read by the men it binds rather than filed.
