The published rules are the age -- 18 and over -- and the affiliation, with the National Adult Baseball Association, whose own structure grades leagues by experience level.
The league's stated intention is that teams compete to the highest level they can achieve, which reads as a league that will grade rather than equalise.
Nothing about bats, roster limits, game length or pitching restrictions is published.
