Signed up rather than drafted
The league takes whole clubs -- sign your team up is one of its three standing calls -- as well as individuals through its pools.
No club is named anywhere on the public site.
The West Division pool for the Panama City area is the interesting part: a division being built from a player list before it has teams, which is how a league a hundred miles wide starts.
A High Cheese team page belongs to the club rather than the season, so a side formed out of the West Division pool has its own address from the day it exists.
