Fourteen approved
The clubs cleared for the summer 2026 season are the Aces, Aliens, Barnstormers, Beach Bums, Braves, Caribe Stars, Diamondbacks, Guardians, Heat, Marlins, Mets, Orioles, Sugar Kings and Thunder, with the Panthers also appearing in the fixtures.
The names carry the county in them. Los Marlins and the Caribe Stars and the Sugar Kings sit beside the Beach Bums and the Aliens, in a league whose schedule lists the Boynton Aces and the PSL Barnstormers -- Port St. Lucie, a good hour north of most of these fields, which is a long Sunday drive for a nine o'clock start.
Approving a team is not the same as publishing one. None of these fourteen clubs has a page, a roster or a record anyone outside can read. A High Cheese team page belongs to the club rather than the season, so the Sugar Kings keep one address across every roster, result and title they collect.
