Joining Palm Beach Baseball

Teams pay $2,750 a season; players join through a free agent form.

Two thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars

Registration here is a team transaction. A manager enrols the club, pays $2,750 for the summer season, and is then prompted to build his roster -- adding players directly or carrying them over from a previous season, either immediately or by signing back in later. The league is explicit that the process is for team managers only, and that all fees are non-refundable. Regular registration for summer 2026 ran from 26 February to 14 September.

There is a second fee on the books: a $50 player reinstatement charge, described as payable only when a player is specifically directed to pay it after an event that caused it to be applied. The league does not say what those events are.

For individuals the route is different -- a free agent sign-up asking for contact details and playing history, which the league calls the best way to be placed on a team and the way to hear about tryouts.

A team fee and a free agent pool that never meet is how leagues lose players. A High Cheese league page keeps the pool at the league's own address alongside the rosters it feeds, so a manager filling in a roster in February can see the men who signed up in June.
