Pay by the game, or just turn up
The fee is $25 a game, with a prepay special of five games for $100, and the league adds three words nobody else in this directory would dare: walk ups welcome. Registration and roster assignment happen year-round because the league plays most of the year, and it says plainly that the season is under way and roster spots are still available — it is always a great time to join.
Charging by the game instead of by the season removes the single biggest barrier to adult baseball, which is asking a man with a job and a family to commit $300 and twenty Wednesdays in February. A High Cheese join page carries terms like these and a free agent pool underneath, so a man who walks up in October is on a roster rather than filling in a spot for one night.
