Governed by the managers
The league's published governing body is its Managers' Committee, which answers the telephone and the email. No individual officer, president or director is named, and the league is registered as a Florida not-for-profit corporation.
A committee of the men who run the four clubs is the whole administration, which is why the contact details are shared rather than personal. High Cheese lets a league name its officers and hand out real permissions, so four managers can each run their own roster without four sets of credentials to the same account.
