One form, and it is the waiver
The league's Register link goes directly to a waiver form — for a league that takes walk-ups and charges by the game, the signature is the registration. A Payments page sits beside it, not yet built.
Collapsing sign-up into a single waiver is exactly right for a competition where a man might decide on Tuesday to play on Wednesday, and it is the minimum a not-for-profit needs on file. High Cheese keeps a league's documents against the roster itself, so a manager can see at 6:45 which of the men on his bench have actually signed.
