Three files, three eras
The downloads page holds exactly three things, and their dates tell the league's recent history in order: COVID guidelines from 6 January 2021, a sponsorship letter from 6 September 2019, and the official rules for 2026/7 updated 26 March 2026.
No waiver, constitution, bylaws or code of conduct is published, which for a league handling $2,750 team fees and a reinstatement process is a gap -- the reinstatement fee implies a disciplinary procedure that exists somewhere unpublished.
Documents that matter belong beside the season they govern. A High Cheese league page keeps the rulebook and the waiver attached to the year in play, so what a manager pays for and what his players sign are the same version.
