Written a season ahead
The league publishes its official rules as a download titled for 2026/7 and last updated on 26 March 2026 -- a rulebook written to cover this season and the next one, which for a league running both a summer and a winter season is the sensible way to do it.
Alongside it sits a set of COVID guidelines dated January 2021, still on the downloads page five years later, which is what happens when taking a file down is nobody's job.
The structural rules published elsewhere are the ones on the front page: wood bats, two seasons a year, mostly Sunday baseball.
A rulebook that only exists as a 439-kilobyte download reaches the managers and not the men. A High Cheese league page keeps the current rules beside the schedule players already open, attached to the season they govern.
