The most complete rulebook here
Nine innings starting between 7:00 and 7:10 with a 10:15 time limit; one extra inning with the previous inning's last batter at second, then a tie stands. Official after five, suspended games resumed from the exact point they stopped. Wood only, no more than minus three, ash, maple, oak, birch, bamboo or composite wood. Metal cleats allowed, never in the cages. Five game balls a game, split between the clubs afterwards. Rosters of twelve to fifteen, bound to the club for the year, verifiable by government ID on a manager's request. Pitchers capped at five innings, a minimum of two per game, and out at an eight-run difference. Half the season played to be playoff-eligible. Seven players or fewer is a forfeit, recorded 10-0, with a $150 fine if notice is under 24 hours and removal from the league at three.
One line contradicts itself — uniforms are not provided by the league, then uniforms will be provided by the league — which is the sort of thing a document this long collects. High Cheese keeps a league's rules beside its schedule and against its rosters, so the twelve-to-fifteen limit and the five-inning cap are checked by the page rather than remembered.
