One number, for one purpose
The published telephone number is the rainout line, 941-999-1146. Everything else goes through a contact form with a captcha on it. Six board members are named on their own page and none of them has an address or a number beside him, and the rulebook's Division Commissioner and League Secretary are titles without people.
So a league with a named board is reachable only by a form, which is a strange place to end up. A claimed league on High Cheese keeps a route to each role on the page people already visit for the schedule, so a forfeit notice due 24 hours ahead has somewhere to go.
