Nothing kept
The league publishes no founding date, no past champion and no record of any season. Its MABL Info page carries a heading and nothing under it, so even the affiliation it names among its partners goes unexplained.
A non-profit with a board of six, eleven partners and a rulebook this thorough has plainly been running for a while, and none of it is written down. Every season played on High Cheese keeps itself as standings, box scores and rosters together on the league's own page, so a history accumulates as a by-product of playing rather than as something somebody has to sit down and write.
