Forms rather than a name
The league's readable page carries registration and payment links and no email address, phone number or officer.
For a league running three intake tracks and two payment routes, the forms genuinely are the front door, and they work. What they cannot do is answer the question before it.
A claimed league on High Cheese has a contact beside the forms, so somebody deciding whether to register can ask first.
