Inside the bylaws
The one structural rule the site states outright is the age: this is a 27-and-over league. Everything else -- bats, roster size, game length, courtesy runners, pitching limits -- lives inside the bylaws document rather than on a page anyone can skim.
For a league whose games are broadcast, having no readable rules means an audience watching a courtesy runner or a mercy rule has no way to know what they just saw.
A High Cheese league page keeps the current rules beside the schedule and the stream, so the rule and the game it governs arrive at the same address.
