Thirty-eight years, and a camera
The PMBL started in 1988 as what it calls a small gathering of baseball enthusiasts wanting to keep the game going past high school and college, and now runs a 27-and-over division with a published schedule, a live standings table and a season that is currently in progress.
The thing that separates it from almost every league in this directory is the broadcast. Every game goes out live on Facebook, on YouTube and through its scoring app, and the league frames it plainly: catch all the game action live from the comfort of your couch. Adult baseball with a camera on it, in Pensacola, every week.
What it does not have is a public record to match the broadcast -- the stream is live and then gone, and the statistics sit inside an app. A High Cheese league page keeps the schedule, the standings and every roster at an address the league owns, so a game that was streamed on Sunday is still readable on Wednesday.
