Two Sundays, cash or check, rain or shine
Fall registration happens in person on the Twin Oaks baseball diamond in Niceville: first date Sunday 16 August 2026 at 2pm, last chance the following Sunday at the same time. Fees are due there and then, in cash or by check -- $175 for the 30-over division, which means turning 30 by the end of the year, and $150 for 18-over, meaning 29 or younger. The league's own note on the weather is a promise: rain or shine, we will register.
Registration is paperwork plus a workout. The workout runs stations for fielding, throwing and hitting, with a separate one for pitchers and catchers, and the league states plainly what it is for -- so the board can split talent levels evenly on draft night. Every paid eligible player is drafted, and the league says it will create as many teams as it takes to fit everyone. Returning spring players still register and pay but skip the workout, and go back to their spring teams.
The fee covers umpires, fields, insurance, jerseys and hats, with the jerseys staying league property. Players bring their own pants, belt, bats, helmets and catcher's gear, and get uniformed umpires and pro-quality baseballs.
A registration that only exists on two Sunday afternoons is a registration that misses everyone working those Sundays. A High Cheese join page takes the form and the fee whenever a player finds the league, and hands the board a pool that is already sorted before anybody drives to Twin Oaks.
