Counted carefully, published nowhere
This league needs numbers to run. A pitcher must have appeared in three regular season games to pitch in the championship tournament, or three games or 55% of his team's games since joining, whichever is less. Any other position needs one game. Pitchers are capped at eighteen outs in a nine-inning game. Thirty-over pitchers owe six outs a game. Statistics from a game called before eighteen outs are discarded.
Every one of those is a count somebody is keeping, and not one of them is visible to the player it applies to.
Season and career leaderboards that build themselves from scored games are standard on a High Cheese league page, and the appearance counts this league's eligibility rules depend on come out of the same data rather than out of somebody's notebook.

- MLB's shift and pitch clock rules adopted with a straight face, and a pitch-count obligation on the older arms.
- Announcements go to Facebook and Instagram, and urgent ones go to a recorded line.
- No gallery is published on the league's own site.
- Sponsors may go on the jerseys, which belong to the league rather than the players.
- Every season ends in a single-elimination bracket with a championship game that plays until somebody wins.
- Founded on bylaws dated 26 February 2002, and marking its twenty-fifth year in 2026.
- A president, secretary, treasurer and a board of at least four, elected from among themselves.
- Everyone plays three events a game, ties are allowed, and nothing starts after ten at night.
- Bylaws created in 2002 and revised in 2024, a registration form, a manager evaluation form, and arm-strengthening exercises.
- Two seasons, two registration Sundays, and games that never start a new inning after ten at night.
- Nothing is for sale; jerseys and hats come with the fee.
- Uniformed umpires at every game, paid out of the registration fee.
