A protest form, and a scorecard
The city publishes a full set: a team registration form, a season fact sheet, supplemental rules, a baseball protest form, an add/drop roster form, a blank team roster, a baseball scorecard, and a player and manager code of conduct.
Two of those are unusual anywhere. A protest form means disputes are written down and adjudicated rather than shouted about, and publishing a blank scorecard means the city expects every club to keep a book to the same standard. High Cheese keeps a league's documents beside the schedule and against the roster, so a protest attaches to the game it concerns and an add/drop changes the roster it is filed against.
