Two names, both city staff
The programme publishes its staff in a table: John Knight as Senior Recreation Director and Baseball Director, and Daniel Hernandez as Recreation Coordinator. Both sit within the Municipal Sports Division of the Department of Recreation and Parks.
Two named public servants running adult baseball across the whole city is a small staff for four divisions and two seasons a year, and naming them is what makes the programme accountable in a way most leagues in this directory are not. High Cheese hands a league's roles real permissions on its own page, so a coordinator managing a free agent list is not doing it from a counter.
