One name, doing everything
Mike Williams is named as president and is the only officer identified anywhere. The code of conduct routes umpire complaints to him personally, the sponsorship offer goes to his address, and the recruitment pitch is written in his voice.
The league names responsive leadership as one of the three reasons to play in it, and defines it: leadership whose only goal is for teams and players to have a quality, enjoyable and above all fun baseball experience.
Adult leagues are only as good as their leadership, in the league's own words. A High Cheese league page gives each role a working contact at the league's own address, which is how one man's responsiveness becomes an organisation's.
