An account, not a PDF
The league's entry document is an account: create an account and register for the season, before tryouts, or you will be required to do it on the field.
No rulebook, waiver or constitution is published in the front page text.
Handling registration as an account rather than a printed form is what makes the draft, the free agent list and the wait list workable across three divisions.
A High Cheese league page collects the registration and the waiver in one pass and keeps the rules attached to the season being played, at the league's own address.
