Twenty per cent, with a code
The league sells nothing itself. What it offers members is a discount: 20% off from one of its sponsors, a topical recovery product, with an exclusive promo code available by asking the league.
It also points players at a sponsor batting cage described as Santa Barbara's premier training spot.
For a league of men from eighteen to their fifties, a recovery discount and a cage rate are more useful than a shirt.
A High Cheese league page keeps those benefits beside the fixture list players open every week, which is where a code is remembered.
