The rule is the gear requirement
The league sells nothing. It does require every player to hold a jersey with a team name or logo and a unique number, matching pants, cleats and sanitary socks, and it will not let a game be played unless nine such players are on each side.
So thirty clubs are buying complete uniforms every season, and the league that mandates it points them nowhere.
High Cheese carries a gear shelf on every league and team page, so the requirement and the place to satisfy it sit together.
