An email and a room
The league publishes [email protected] for roster submissions and holds league meetings on Tuesdays, most recently July 28 and next on August 11. No individual officer is named.
A standing meeting is a better contact than most leagues offer, because it is a place rather than an inbox: bring your roster, collect your baseballs, settle whatever needs settling in front of everybody.
A claimed league on High Cheese keeps the meeting and adds the things currently done by email, so a roster is submitted once and is the roster.
