A form rather than an address
The league's stated way in is its player interest form, which it forwards to managers as a recruitment tool. No email address, phone number or officer is published on the front page.
Routing everything through one form is a defensible choice for a seven-club league where the managers do the recruiting: it means nobody is fielding the same question seven times.
A claimed league on High Cheese keeps the form and adds a contact for everything a form cannot answer.
Central Coast MSBL/MABL in detail
- Seven clubs on California's central coast, and the year the Angels finally got dethroned.
- A League Schedule section, with two weekends of regular season left in August.
- Primos and Angels tied at 8-2, and a Hogs side at 0-10 that keeps turning up.
- No results page, and run totals that tell most of the story anyway.
- Seven clubs, closed rosters, and managers who recruit for themselves.
- Five awards per club, chosen by the club: Slugger, Ace, Ironman, MVP and Gold Glove.
- Rosters are closed for 2026, and the interest form is being collected for 2027.
- No ballparks are named.
- A 2026 rulebook, published and dated.
- A season report written while the outcome was still in doubt.
- No album or gallery.
- Nobody is thanked in public.
- Playoff divisions nearly set, seedings still moving with three games left.
- The Angels sat on top for years, and 2026 is the year that ended.
- Nobody is named as running it.
- Whether you can join this year is answered outright, and the answer is no.
- The 2026 rulebook and the player interest form.
- August, two weekends from the end of the regular season.
- Nothing is for sale.
