Forty-eight hours
The league publishes a contact link and attaches a promise to it: you may use the contact us link for a response within 48 hours.
That is the only stated service level in this directory, and for an organisation of 2,000 players it is a meaningful commitment.
No email address, telephone number or named person appears alongside it.
A High Cheese league page routes a message to whichever role should answer it, with the join form, the tryout registration and 150 team pages behind the same address -- which is how a 48-hour promise survives contact with 2,000 people.
