Three, and one of them is compulsory
The league links its by-laws and its league rules from the footer of every page, alongside its FAQ and its national affiliation.
Its waiver is electronic and routed through the manager rather than the player -- your manager will send you an e-waiver from the league's website -- which means the manager is accountable for collecting it, and failing to costs the team a forfeit.
Managers are also expected to know the standing rules and the code of conduct.
Documents belong beside the season they govern. A High Cheese league page keeps the by-laws, the rules and the waiver attached to the year in play, with the waiver collected at registration rather than chased by a manager.
