Enter them or forfeit
Tri-Valley enforces its statistics harder than any league in this directory. Managers are told, in the FAQ, that not maintaining the roster, the batting and pitching statistics, the fees or the waivers will result in a forfeit and no playoffs.
Every team has its own login to the stats program, and each division provides help getting started and support through the season. The league's own line is that it is easy to use and learn.
That is a competition treating its statistical record as a condition of membership rather than a hobby.
Season and career leaderboards that build themselves from the scored games are standard on a High Cheese league page, with a page for each player underneath -- which is the same discipline with the data entry removed and the enforcement unnecessary.
