No waiver, no baseball
The league states its terms without hedging. Fees are charged by team, so a player's share depends on roster size, and averages $250 to $300 for a sixteen-game regular season plus playoffs. A uniform costs about $100 more.
You cannot play without completing a waiver and paying your fees. No exceptions. The e-waiver comes from your manager through the league's own site.
There are two routes in. Many players sign up through the player pool looking for a spot on an existing team. Anyone committed to starting a new club is invited to make contact, because the league says it is always looking to grow the number of teams in each division.
A join page that states the fee beside the division it buys, takes the waiver in the same pass and keeps the pool underneath is what a High Cheese league page does at the league's own address -- which is also where the six divisions a newcomer has to choose between would be explained.
