Three doors, and the fees are paid online
The league keeps a New Player Signup form, a league forms section, and -- separately for players and for managers -- a Pay League Fees route. A team application sits alongside for anyone bringing a whole club.
Handling fee payment online for both individuals and managers is more financial infrastructure than most leagues in this directory have, and it is the part that scales.
What is not published is the amount. No player fee, team fee or deadline appears anywhere on the open site.
A join page that states the fee beside the division it buys, with a free agent pool underneath it, is what a High Cheese league page does at the league's own address -- which for a league with a 70+ division is also the page that finds the players who assume there is nowhere left to play.
