Six divisions, six rulebooks
The BMBL calls itself New England's largest amateur baseball league and runs 18+, 28+ Boston, 28+ MetroWest, 35+ Central, 38+ Masters and 45+ Veterans.
Every one of those six has its own schedule, its own statistics, its own standings, its own team list and its own set of rules. Not one shared rulebook with exceptions: six documents. That is the most deliberate structure any league here has, and it is the honest response to the fact that a 45+ Veterans game and an 18+ game need different rules to be worth playing.
It splits its 28+ competition geographically as well, into Boston and MetroWest, so a player in Framingham is not driving into the city on a Tuesday.
High Cheese is built for exactly this shape: divisions that are separate competitions rather than labels, each with its own schedule, table and rules, at one address.
