An organization without a visible one
The league publishes no president, board or division commissioners. It runs six divisions, six rulebooks, six schedules, a player search, a hall of fame and six events a year.
That is a substantial organization and nobody in it is named anywhere on the front page, which is the one thing a site this thorough leaves out.
High Cheese lets a league name its officers and hand out real permissions, so a structure this size has faces on it.
