Three doors, depending on who you are
The league runs New Player Registration for individuals, a Prospective Managers page for anybody wanting to bring a club in, and a 2026 waiver every player completes. It also publishes a Code of Conduct and a general information page with FAQs.
Separating the player route from the manager route is the correct call and almost nobody here makes it: the two people want completely different things, and sending both to one form loses at least one of them.
No fee is published on the front page.
High Cheese gives a league a join page for each route, a free agent pool for the unattached player, and the waiver as something signed once rather than chased.
