Managers named, administrators not
The league publishes no president, board or commissioner. It does name Marshall Quinley and JP Lucier as Blackstone's player-managers, and Steve Lajoie and Dave Salvatelli at Lunenburg.
Somebody is writing detailed match reports, keeping batting and pitching pages, running a free agent pool and scheduling a best-of-three postseason, and that person does not appear anywhere.
High Cheese lets a league name its officers and hand out real permissions.
