Central New England Baseball Association

CNEBA Rules

Unlimited age from nineteen, and a best-of-three postseason.

Two rules, both structural

The league states its own eligibility plainly: adult, unlimited age, from nineteen years and up. And its postseason format is published by use rather than by document: a play-in for the fourth and fifth seeds, then best-of-three semi-finals and a best-of-three final.

No rulebook renders in the plain page.

An unlimited age league is a deliberate choice with a cost: it means the standard is set by whoever turns up, and the league is honest that most of them are current college players.

High Cheese keeps a league's own rules beside its schedule.
