The only rule they wrote down
The league publishes no rulebook, no age requirement, no roster limit and no pitching restriction. What it does publish is its tiebreaker order — percentage, then run differential, then runs against, then runs for — printed under the standings table.
Being independent means the rules are whatever the six managers agreed, and none of that is written anywhere a player can read it. High Cheese keeps a league's own rules beside its schedule, so what six clubs settled at a preseason meeting outlives the meeting.
