Central New England Baseball Association

About the Central New England Baseball Association

Five clubs, nineteen and up with no ceiling, and rosters mostly made of college players.

Unlimited age, from nineteen

The CNEBA describes itself as an adult unlimited age league from nineteen years and up, and says the majority of its rosters are present college players and college graduates.

That is a different proposition from every other league in this directory. Most sort men into brackets by decade; this one puts a nineteen-year-old shortstop home from school in the same lineup as a man twenty years older and lets the standard sort it out.

Five clubs: Auburn Rockets, Blackstone Valley Spinners, Lunenburg Phillies, Shrewsbury Dirt Dogs and Tatnuck Double Play of Worcester. All five returned from 2025 to 2026, which for a league this size is the whole ballgame.

High Cheese keeps the schedule, the standings, the batting and the pitching at one address, which for a five-club league playing a serious standard is the record its players will want later.
