A constitution, and people in every seat
The league publishes its full slate: Christian Kristan as President, Dick Hill as Commissioner, Michael Doucette as Treasurer and Scribe and MW60 Representative and MW60 Scheduler, Jake Webb as MW45 Scheduler and Managers Committee Chairman, and Clint Chapman as MW45 Representative, with a three-man Rules Committee chaired by the President.
The machinery around them is unusually serious. An Executive Committee of six, none of whom may be an MW45 manager, elected by the managers to one-year terms beginning January 31, with mid-term replacements requiring a two-thirds vote. Anybody holding two roles gets one vote. A Managers Committee of one representative per club, which need not be the on-field manager, elects its own chairman each February and runs the draft. And the treasurer must make his records available to any team representative who asks through the President. High Cheese hands those roles real permissions on the league's own page, so a scheduler, a scribe and a treasurer each work the part of the record that is theirs.
