The president is in the lineup
Kris Targett is named as the league's president in the reproduced 2017 feature, where he is also identified as a thirty-nine-year-old second baseman for the Central Maine Green Wave and a teammate of one of the players interviewed.
No other officer appears, and the league's own governance page is its team managers list -- eighteen men who between them run the competition.
A High Cheese league page attaches a working contact to each of those roles at the league's own address, which is what an eighteen-club volunteer organisation needs more than a president's email.
