Wood, and a page for the rest
The league keeps an official rules page in its navigation. The rule that defines it publicly is wood bats -- it is described in its own reporting as a wood bat league, and games at Colby are called wooden bat games.
Beyond that, the structural facts are the ones the season imposes: one game a week, eighteen teams, divisions, a midseason round robin and a playoff.
A rulebook on a separate page from the schedule is a rulebook read once. On a High Cheese league page the current rules sit beside the fixture they govern, which is where a manager settling something on a Saturday is already looking.
