Kept by hand, changed by committee
Each division publishes a schedule page for the current season. When a game is lost to weather, the rescheduling chain runs through two managers, the Scheduler, the umpire assignor and finally the Webmaster, who updates the page.
That is five people and at least a day between a rained-out Sunday and a player finding out when he is playing instead. High Cheese builds a season in one pass across both divisions, moves a postponed fixture with its identity intact, and syncs the change to every player's phone the moment the Scheduler makes it.
