Booked through a real assigning system
The league runs an Arbiter Info Access page — Arbiter being the assigning platform officials use — and its cancellation procedure puts crew booking squarely on the Scheduler: when two managers agree a new date, the Scheduler confirms the field is available, gets an umpire assigned, and tells the Webmaster to update the site.
Using a proper assigning system rather than ringing round is what lets a ten-club league cover two divisions across five grounds. No individual official or assignor is named. On High Cheese the crew attaches to the fixture itself, so a rescheduled game carries its umpire with it rather than requiring a separate booking and a separate website update.
