Two forms, deliberately different
The league runs a forms section with two entries that do different jobs on purpose: the summer registration form, which signs a player up and sends it straight to the league, and the interested player form, which explicitly does not sign anyone up and instead passes on contact details so somebody can answer questions first.
Separating those two is a small piece of good design that most leagues never bother with.
No rulebook, waiver, constitution or bylaws is published to the open web.
A High Cheese league page keeps the enquiry and the registration at the league's own address alongside the rules they commit a player to.
