One officer named
David Pratt is named as league president. Each club lists its manager, and the league requires managers to be at least 21.
No other officer, board or committee appears, which for a two-division league across three states is a thin structure and probably an accurate one.
A High Cheese league page attaches a working contact to each of those roles at the league's own address, so the president's inbox stops being the whole organisation.
